SH President's MessageWelcome
I consider it an honor and a privilege to serve as president of the BHC Sisterhood. We have a long history of accomplishments. As we prepare for our 120th anniversary year (2009-2010), we will be busy with a diverse program and hope that you will find one or more activities in which you will participate. Whether socializing, performing mitzvah, learning together, or making a spiritual connection, we have made a concerted effort to make Sisterhood a comfortable place for you to connect with others. Your support is important in order to fulfill our goal of continuing to strengthen Sisterhood, supporting our congregation, and pursuing outreach programs that benefit others in our community and Israel. Our Sisterhood reflects the diversity of Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, with members of varied backgrounds, ages, and interests. Whether you would simply like to socialize with other women, or would like to get more involved as a volunteer, there is a place for you in Sisterhood.
